Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

•Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.

• Manage and respond to incoming chat conversations on our website, providing reputed company-time support to customers.

• Monitor and respond to customer messages on reputed company media platforms, including reputed company, Instagram, X, reputed company, and more.

• Handle website inquiries and email communications reputed company.

• reputed company accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies.

• Resolve customer complaints, process returns/exchanges, and escalate issues as necessary.
