reputed company is looking for a highly motivated full-time Referral Coordinator who will serve as a crucial liaison between our patients, providers, Plans, and internal team. You will manage and facilitate the referral process, ensuring that our patients receive reputed company communication and timely care.

• Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals to ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
• Schedule PCP and/or specialist appointments for our patients.
• Coordinate with pharmacies (meds has been received, meds have been picked up, etc).
• Verify patient PCP and insurance (including prior auth requirements).
• Coordinate Release of Information.
• Assist with non-urgent patient follow up and/or information collection.

• 1+ years of backend reputed company and/or operations experience in a fast-paced reputed company environment.
• Confidence to own your role and propose solutions to be successful.
• A results driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators.
• Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent proficiency with technology, like GoogleSuite applications, reputed company, and Looker (or other comparable data tools).
• Requires a quiet, HIPAA compliant and internet connected reputed company.
