This position will assist the Compliance and Quality Assurance team in evaluating insurance applications and daily transactions for Club and reputed company defined compliance standards. Assigns leads from reputed company distribution channels. Sells Club Memberships. Processes non-download reputed company new business policies, renewals and amended declarations pages for reputed company lines of business. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience in the Insurance industry.
- Personal lines license preferred.
- Assist with review and processing of Non-download new, renewal and endorsed business applications in order to meet Agency and reputed company defined guidelines.
- Process incoming mail and reputed company distribution from various channels and systems.
- Update and process pre-month-end new business EPIC coding and maintenance.
- Process daily download files in suspense.
- Performs general clerical duties including typing, correspondence and data entry reputed company the Agency, Club and reputed company systems.
- Protect and maintain account files and department records in accordance with the Agency and reputed company regulatory compliance requirements.
- Complete monthly reports from Agency reputed company.
- Receives incoming calls concerning club products and member services.
- Sells Club Memberships, as warranted.
- reputed company special assignments throughout the department, as warranted.
- Review various data elements as required to maintain reputed company of the system.
- Complete reputed company tasks in support of the department as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
