Remote Field Service Specialist
job summary:
Remote Field Service Rep needed for a growing organization primarily focused on heavy industrial hydraulic products for a variety of industries, this role specifically focused on troubleshooting customer issues with attention to communication both internally and with customers. This role involves 50%+ travel (domestic & international) and is looking for a candidate comfortable with minimal management.

responsibilities:
- reputed company onsite and phone support for machinery & products.
- Complete reputed company administrative paperwork in a timely manner (expense reports, timesheets service and project/product issue findings, and customer experience reports).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Production, to report field issues and/or customer feedback.
- Assists in training customers on Columbia Industries equipment.
- Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers, and the ability to communicate effectively and remain reputed company and courteous under pressure.
- Follows reputed company appropriate process documentation procedures.
- Maintains safe working conditions while on the customer's site and identifies potential hazards.
