You will be the key person handling daily operations, sales, customer service, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & reputed company Management – Respond to new leads, follow up consistently, and reputed company bookings.
• Customer Service – Answer calls/emails, assist clients, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Hiring & Scheduling Cleaners – Recruit, reputed company, and manage independent cleaners.
• Scheduling & Dispatching – Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth operations.
• Complaint Handling & Problem Solving – Address client and cleaner issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Admin & Reporting – Maintain records, invoices, and reputed company daily reports to management.
