Vacation Rental Reservations Manager (Remote)

As a guest experience & sales reputed company, you will be the business card of reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for our new and repeat guests. You will reputed company exemplary customer service while identifying guests needs and addressing these with the right upsells.

Language Requirement:

English reputed company + reputed company in one other language preferred (Mandarin, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian, French preferred)

What You'll Do:

• Be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company our guests reputed company phone, email and chat
• reputed company the guest communications process on our Platform Management System (PMS) reputed company
• Learn the ins and outs of our travel business so you can handle any questions guests have
• Actively upsell customers our membership plans and additional services based on their needs
• Own the reservations process from start to finish
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve guest issues in a timely and positive manner
• Coordinate with our city teams to resolve issues on the ground and reputed company ongoing updates to guests

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in a customer service setting in the short term rental industry
• Previous experience working with a Platform Management System such as reputed company (major plus)
• Ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Personable and love speaking with others reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Strong computer literacy skills
