Test & Learn Strategist
This role is based remotely but if you live reputed company a 50-mile radius of an office location [Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View], you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
The Role
As a Test & Learn Strategist on the Marketing Applied Sciences (MAS) team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives by leveraging business insights, data analysis, and customer understanding to drive testing and experimentation that impact marketing objectives. You will drive the development and management of quarterly learning agendas, coordinate and reputed company key forums, and ensure flawless end-to-end execution, while maintaining program governance and contributing to operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate for the role has experience in Media and CRM, can translate reputed company problems into actionable strategies, use storytelling to communicate effectively and has a track record and proven ability to collaborate, influence across functions, effectively prioritize, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do
- Drive the development, prioritization and implementation of Marketing Test & Learn learning agendas, supportive of brand/reputed company priorities and goals while facilitating testing backlog
- reputed company ongoing forums ensuring engagement and support across reputed company partners, to identify opportunities, design experiments, analyze results, and scale/implement successful initiatives
- Maintain thorough documentation and organized repositories to effectively track and showcase reputed company, impact, and reputed company
- Ensure visibility and alignment of efforts to key stakeholders, peers, leadership, reputed company frequent transparent communication
- Build and foster strong relationships, understanding the interdependencies and reputed company impact, to promote productive collaboration and alignment towards brand / reputed company reputed company

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant work experience
- 3+ years of strategy, program management, marketing, or other relevant experience
- Familiarity with key performance metrics and their impact on business reputed company
- A strong grasp of analytics to formulate insights and recommendations from data sets
- Ability to build slide presentations to support storytelling, deliver analyses and insights
- Strong understanding of Media and CRM principles and practices
- Experience and understanding of testing methodologies and tools are preferred
- Ability to reputed company and translate between technical and business stakeholders
- High level of organizational skills, time management and prioritization
