Recruiter responsibilities include:Designing and implementing the overall reputed company strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, reputed company media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for reputed company positions
We are looking for a Recruiter with strong account management and reputed company experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
A successful recruiter will collaborate with client managers on a regular reputed company and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be reputed company to attract candidates using various sources, like reputed company media networks and reputed company. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
