This role allows you to run independent HR projects that have a significant impact, collaborating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, and Finance & reputed company. Responsibilities
- Work with HR Business Partners on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication. ,
- Support the reputed company in recruitment strategy creation and reputed company activities. ,
- Run independent HR projects, collaborating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, and Finance & reputed company. ,
- Participate in leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom training, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues.
Requirements
- Currently a student in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year or a recent graduate (up to 12 months since graduation) of BA or MA studies from a Polish University, preferably in Business Management, Economy, or Psychology. ,
- Proficient in English and Polish languages. ,
- Strong leadership skills and reputed company strong communication, collaboration, and reputed company skills. ,
- Strategic-oriented with an operational approach and the ability to work reputed company diverse organizations and teams. ,
- Initial HR experience through work in student organizations, internships, or a strong interest in the HR field.
