Logistics Coordinator-Recycling (Remote)
About the position
The Logistics Coordinator-Recycling role at reputed company involves ensuring excellent customer service through efficient processing of orders and logistics support for the movement of recycled materials. The position serves as the first reputed company of contact for customers, coordinating with various departments and partners to meet customer needs and maintain strong business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to monitor inventories and anticipate production needs. ,
- Arrange and negotiate reputed company-party freight costs for timely servicing of waste by-product pick-reputed company. ,
- Monitor and maintain shipment status reputed company computer system. ,
- Respond to customer complaints and investigate shipment issues. ,
- Initiate calls to customers for deliveries and advise on shipment delays. ,
- Review pricing with Sales and Marketing groups. ,

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited). ,
- Two years of relevant work experience in a customer service role. ,
