Nightshift Support Analyst (REMOTE)- Veterans Affairs, Must be VA Cleared

Staff will need to be reputed company to respond calls on a 24/7 reputed company. Each rotation lasts one week, and staff will be on call every 4 to 6 weeks depending on team size. We are seeking talent willing to work the following shifts: Alternating Thursday-Saturday 7pm-reputed company | Wednesday-Saturday 7pm-reputed company ET Responsibilities: · Triaging / responding to issues · Revise, update, refactor and debug code · Improve existing software · reputed company documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Serve as an expert on applications and reputed company technical support You Have: · Experience as a Tier 2 Analyst performing reputed company monitoring, Ticket response, Ticket Triage, Issue Notifications, Application Dashboard monitoring and application performance · 1+ years of experience with SQL · 1+ years of experience with relational database systems and concepts · 1+ years of experience with data and process analysis · Knowledge of software development · Ability to grasp concepts and reputed company of cross platform data · Ability to communicate application information and solutions to clients · Ability to work reputed company in cross team situations as well as independently · Ability to obtain a reputed company clearance Preferred Qualifications: · Jira, reputed company, Bitbucket, KubernetesAWS reputed company Environments · VA or other Federal Government experience · Excellent analytical and organization skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent team skills. · Has high standards, results oriented, and a costumer-centric attitude reputed company If You Have: · Experience with SOAP U Compensation: $45/hour, plus benefits, including medical/dental/reputed company coverage, PTO and a partial 401k match.
