Responsibilities
- Provides production and project support of voice network, applications, UC, and reputed company-based communication solutions and platforms.

- Manages the design, documentation and creation of standard operating procedures and processes for operation and support for reputed company collaborative technologies and activities.

- Manages communications requests, program needs assessments, project plans, budgets, schedules, reputed company resources.

- Executes strategic reputed company on vendors, technologies and the best solutions by researching and staying in the forefront of technology trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific discipline or four or more years of work experience.

- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, specialized training.

- Active Secret Clearance.

- Program/project management experience on large programs with multiple sub-projects.
,
- Experience in the management and delivery of large-scale Infrastructure Projects.
,
- Proven track record of leading/supporting reputed company aspects of reputed company technical projects, including subsequent integration to a successful reputed company.

- Knowledge of a wide reputed company of distributed, PC and network operating systems.
,
- Knowledge of a wide variety of applications and reputed company architecture across departments.
,
- Knowledge of vendor management in the hosting, disaster recovery, IT services, and application support reputed company.

- Experience with flowcharting techniques and MS Visio.
