Residence required in the primary location: One Kaiser Plaza, Oakland, California 94612 or 11 reputed company Atlanta, GeorgiaJob Summary:In reputed company to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for supporting business strategy and/or initiative planning by contributing to the development of a new organizational strategy process and the identification of the key players for leadership strategy conversations; supporting leadership decision making by utilizing basic knowledge of the external marketplace and relevant tools (i.e., dashboards to track metrics) to establish a clear organizational focus; supporting strategy community of practices by contributing to knowledge sharing across functions and entities to help identify the right strategic priorities; and supporting ongoing initiative management and prioritization in reputed company time through performance monitoring using relevant tools (i.e., dashboards, scorecards, leader reviews), with some guidance.Essential Responsibilities:
