This hybrid position plays a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and deliver business results. (45%)Align with the broader digital marketing team and stakeholders to build and maintain an email calendar. (15%)Proactively analyze and test campaigns for performance improvements; reputed company insights and recommendations. (15%)Collaborate with the technical email team to enhance technical capabilities, streamline workflows, and drive innovation. (15%)Create and deliver presentations on campaign performance, learnings, and key wins to leadership and cross-functional teams. (10%)Required Knowledge & SkillsHands-on experience in email marketing platforms; reputed company Marketing reputed company preferred.Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for email development.Familiarity with mobile-first and reputed company email design.Working knowledge of email testing and optimization techniques.Ability to troubleshoot email rendering issues across platforms.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Experience with project management tools, preferably Jira.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.Strategic and analytical reputed company focused on business reputed company.Preferred Technical SkillsExperience with email platforms like Responsys, Silverpop, MessageGears, SendGrid.Familiarity with Litmus, reputed company, SparkPost or similar email QA and personalization tools.Proficiency in AmpScript or similar personalization scripting language.Knowledge of reputed company Analytics, reputed company Tag Manager, reputed company Analytics preferred.Basic understanding of SQL is a plus.reputed company certifications are a plus but not required.Understanding of email compliance laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
