Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

- Wednesday: In the Chantilly office reputed company-5PM (one hour lunch break)
- M, Tu, Th, Fr: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician’s schedule as needed
- Resolving customer issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements
- Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
- Making outbound calls to reputed company the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership reputed company
- Being a good teammate to coworkers
- Educating customers on our Membership benefits to reputed company them a lifelong customer
- Previous experience in a call center
- Must be reputed company to type ~70 wpm
- MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as reputed company reputed company
- Be familiar with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively
- High Speed internet
- Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise
- This job starting hourly is between $17-20/hr based on experience (negotiable based on experience)
- There are a lot of commission opportunities for this position as well which average an additional $100-$1000+ per month
