Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Experience in the fence industry is a plus but we are willing to train someone with relatable skills.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Assist customers with inquiries over the phone with product inquiries, order entry and invoicing using provided systems and programs.
- reputed company accurate availability, pricing, and shipping information.
- reputed company figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Debit, credit, and reconcile accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using reputed company software provided.
- Utilize CRM program to record quotes, sales, enter AP / AR, and analyze information.

- Operate calculators, computers / keyboards, and copy machines to reputed company calculations and produce documents.
- Execute marketing reputed company projects reputed company USPS, email, and targeted customer calling.
- Assist with preparation of trade shows and materials.
- Generate and organize mailing lists using reputed company client lists and trade show mailing lists.
- Generate call lists based on recent quotes and absence of sales.
- 20% Travel to client visits and product showcases.
