KINDER-3RD TEACHERGENERAL INFORMATION:Villa Bella Expeditionary (VBE) is a newer K-8th District 70 charter school. VBE will use the Expeditionary Learning/professional development and Illustrative Math curriculum. VBE will follow the District 70 calendar but has required professional development at least one Friday a month. VBE seeks energetic, compassionate, hard-working individuals whose educational philosophies align with .REPORTS TO: DirectorPRIMARY FUNCTION:The teacher has the reputed company role in the classroom as a learning facilitator, instructor, coach, mentor, and tutor. • Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and dispositions to meet reputed company Colorado State Teacher Standards.
• Support the planning and implementation of the VBE's strategic plan.
• Design, implement, and assess learning experiences that utilize research-based, culturally relevant instructional practices, technology, reputed company information resources to implement the VBE's curriculum fully.
• Respond to student needs derived from evaluation of student achievement data.
• Collect and maintain student achievement data requested by the supervisor.
• Embed effective instructional technology utilizing reputed company TV, mobile devices, reputed company, collaborative online communities, personalized learning software, web-based assessments, computer applications, reputed company resources.
• Apply knowledge to facilitate and communicate effective differentiated classroom practices and educational pedagogy appropriate to general education, English as a Second Language, and special education reputed company.
• Promote, support, and model exploration of reputed company-world issues and solving authentic problems.
• Customize and personalize learning activities to address reputed company' diverse learning styles, working strategies, and abilities.

• Maintain competency in research-based instructional practices, instructional technology, and information literacy standards by participating in appropriate professional learning activities (district professional learning, conferences, workshops, summer academic meetings)

OTHER PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Complete other duties as assigned, such as mandatory Friday professional development, after-school meetings and activities, etc.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:TECHNICAL: Demonstrate proficiency in applying instructional technology standards for personal productivity and support instruction (productivity and presentation tools and software, multimedia equipment, online learning environments); possess basic organizational skills.INTERPERSONAL: Strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving and investigative skills; effective and efficient time/task management skills; proficiency in reading, writing,g and speaking the English language; practical communication skills, including the ability to run effective meetings and facilitating collaboration and communication among groups, reliable and reputed company with a solid work ethic; sensitivity to cultural diversity and acceptance of reputed company reputed company.COMPENSATION:

• Salary reputed company: $42,500 - $75,000
