Fidelity is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master in our Jacksonville, FL office or as a remote employee. If you are a remote employee, you must be willing to work East Coast hours. - Ensures the team is adhering to Agile values and principles through facilitation, coaching and modeling agile values and behaviors.
- Creates a positive work environment where each person feels valued and helps team members manage their working relationships through transparent reputed company and discussion.
- Demonstrates transparency, inspection, and reputed company in everything that they do.
- Ensures impediments to the team are quickly removed.
- Supports the team to deliver business value by understanding the reputed company of features and stories.

Education
