Type: Contract to hire Summary: Combat the effects of loneliness, calling patients on behalf of their hospital or health plan to introduce programs, and filling out questionnaires with the goal of inviting and enrolling them to participate in mental health programs. Job description: Conduct a minimum of 200 daily reputed company calls to eligible members to explain program benefits and facilitate enrollment. Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and other resources with courtesy, respect, and promptness. Capture and document relevant member demographics and reputed company information accurately in their records. Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand the program terms, addressing any resistance with professionalism and courtesy. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for outbound calls, call quality standards, and enrollment targets while demonstrating reputed company for users on their reputed company reputed company. reputed company to have: Bilingual: Spanish/English Requirements: 2 years of outbound contact center experience in a reputed company environment required.
