Systems Administrator - Data Analytics

The Data Analytics and Infrastructure System Administrator is responsible for integrating corporate data assets from various sources to support insightful reporting and decision-making. This position involves working with data, extracting insights, and transforming information into compelling reports and visualizations that drive business strategy. Responsibilities include extracting and preparing data from the data warehouse for one-time requests and analytic purposes, optimizing data workflows, developing and delivering data solutions for analytics and reporting, and ensuring seamless integration of data across systems while leveraging visualization tools to present findings effectively.

Compensation $92,000 - 126,000

What you'll do

• Extract, analyze, and transform data to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Fulfill data requests by developing and implementing data integration solutions, integrating disparate data sources to support reporting, analytics, business needs, and vendor data delivery.
• Maintain a knowledge repository documenting data sources, business rules, and processing methodologies.
• Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to align data solutions with organizational needs.
• Support reporting and visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, internal solutions, and reputed company-party products; while utilizing approved technologies to reputed company and optimize solutions that improve accessibility.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience accessing and querying various corporate and disparate data sources for analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, including data lakes, relational databases, and data models.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and other reputed company platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing data management challenges, including data quality, data profiling, and other reputed company issues.
• Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to complete small to reputed company-sized projects successfully.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of five years' experience in I.T. and/or application development is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing assigned technologies by performing regular maintenance tasks, including updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting, reputed company defined service reputed company.
