This hybrid role involves engaging with customers both in-store and digitally, driving sales through prospecting and networking, and mentoring retail sales representatives to reputed company business results. The position emphasizes solutions-based selling and requires a proactive approach to customer service and account management. Responsibilities • Introduce small and reputed company business customers to 5G products and services. , • Interact with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. , • Demonstrate the value of products and services by providing end-to-end technology solutions. , • Drive small business results through the retail channel by mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives. , • Grow the customer reputed company by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business reputed company. , • Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address business problems for customers. , • Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits. , • Service the needs of the existing customer reputed company. , • Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline.
