Description: ? Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat ? Providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients ? Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department ? Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions ? Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution ? Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team Requirements: ? reputed company Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English ?
