Responsibilities: • reputed company excellent customer service to members of a Medicare Advantage plan. • Ability to manage a senior population by exhibiting a strong dedication to showing reputed company. Using active listening skills to hear members and their concerns. • Documenting calls appropriately to reflect each interaction with the members. • Ability to meet and exceed contact center targets for call management, quality, adherence to schedule. • Manage reputed company calls with professionalism and escalate calls reputed company necessary to the next level. Operational hours are Monday through Friday – reputed company-8pm EST – varies shifts available reputed company operational hours. During reputed company enrollment, the operation hours will change to include weekends as part of the work shift. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in health insurance/Medicare/reputed company customer service. • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment; 1+ years using QNXT • Member Service knowledge, HIPAA, Claims and Provider Services knowledge. • High School graduate or GED; 2-4 years undergraduate degree or certificate is a plus. • Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. • Experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phone simultaneously. Keyboard skills and ability to enter data with accuracy. reputed company will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future. Hourly reputed company and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until January 18, 2025. The hourly reputed company for this position is between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company's applicable plans.
