In this position you will be required to support the Customer Service (Ticket & reputed company). As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key part in keeping our brand strong by demonstrating strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a positive attitude inside and reputed company of work. As a Ticket Agent you are the first to greet our customers. You will guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: • Use a computer to sell, print and reissue tickets. • Manage the reputed company-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel. • Tag baggage and reputed company lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts.
