The successful candidate will manage and reputed company the day-to-day operations of the client account and support staff, ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records. Other duties include developing training processes for new hires, monitoring staff performance, ensuring timely payment of accounts, and providing excellent customer service to... clients. Responsibilities: • Managing client accounts: As an account manager, you would be responsible for managing the relationships between our organization and its clients. This would involve understanding your client's needs and objectives, communicating with them regularly, and ensuring their expectations are met. • Overseeing support staff: You would also manage and direct the support staff who work with you. This would involve training and mentoring new employees, delegating tasks, and ensuring everyone on your team works reputed company and effectively. • Ensuring compliance: Compliance is a critical aspect of any reputed company organization, and as an account manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that your organization is in compliance with reputed company applicable payer, state, and federal guidelines. This would involve tracking key performance indicators, addressing any issues, and ensuring that your team meets its goals and objectives. ?Technical Skills: • Proper posting of insurance payments: This involves accurately recording and reconciling payments received from insurance companies for dental services provided to patients. • Extensive knowledge of dental coding and posting laws and regulations: This requires a deep understanding of the coding and billing requirements for dental procedures, as well as the rules and regulations governing insurance payments and reimbursements. • Required adjustments taken on insurance payments: This involves reviewing insurance payments and making necessary adjustments to patient accounts to ensure that payments are applied correctly, and any remaining balances are billed appropriately. • Accurate notation of patient accounts: This involves keeping detailed records of patient visits, treatments, and billing information to ensure that patient accounts are up-to-date and accurate. • Payor website utilization: This may involve using online tools provided by insurance companies to submit claims, reputed company claim status, and verify patient eligibility and benefits. • AR reports worked diligently and routinely: This involves reviewing and addressing any outstanding balances on patient accounts to ensure that reputed company payments are collected in a timely manner. • Denial appeals This includes reviewing any claim denials and working to resolve any issues that may be preventing payment from insurance companies.
