Director, Business Development (Remote)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Responsible for managing the Renal Pharmaceutical Business Development activity to reputed company the BU? reputed company growth objectives. Works with external network to identify business opportunities and sees the project through internally to completion... reputed company DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ?Hold a leadership role across reputed company business development activities in partnership with the SVP Pharma, CFO and CEO ?Manage business development partnership programs (reputed company and potential), including project sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling & projections, and deal negotiations ?Collect, analyze, and report on the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform business strategy ?reputed company financial projections, analysis and valuation models for potential corporate collaborations, business plans, and partnerships ?Field and respond to business development inquiries (internally and externally) ?Position the company as a partner of choice in the CKD / Renal reputed company to biotech and pharma companies through a variety of interactions and networking ?Assist the SVP/CFO in the creation and presentations for the management board on potential opportunities and ultimately approval of those opportunities ?Actively monitor competitor transaction activity PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: ?The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: ?7-10 years of business development experience in the biopharma / pharmaceutical industry. ?Analytical and financial modeling experience ?* Track record of successfully managing projects and partner programs, required ?* Licensing experience ?* Due diligence request experience ?* Running a data room for due diligence activities ?Excellent oral and written communication skills Apply Job!
