This position will report to the Member Services Manager. You Will: reputed company information (by phone or email) to Japanese-speaking reputed company Vacation Club Members about various resorts, cruise ships, restaurants, and activities. Assist Members in planning a customized trip that enhances their time and resources. reputed company accurate records by documenting interactions on the computer. Offer expert advice on travel options and amenities available at reputed company destinations. Resolve Member concerns and reputed company solutions to ensure a magical experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and Member satisfaction. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate s geographical region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
