Business Analyst (Remote)
This is a remote position. We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong business and process analysis skills to support our internal business and IT teams as we build and enhance innovative legal services solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements reputed company with strategic goals.
- Facilitate requirements sessions using interviews, workshops, use cases, and workflow analysis.
- Evaluate business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend tech-driven solutions.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed documentation (functional specs, use cases, UI wireframes, test scenarios).
- Partner with attorneys, executives, and staff to reputed company initiatives with business goals.
- Drive application testing and quality assurance initiatives.
- Support and enhance organization-wide methodologies and best practices.
- Contribute to both long-term strategic projects and short-term tactical solutions.
- Serve as a mentor and a mentee in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements
What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional experience in an operations or analyst role (ideally in financial services, legal, or consulting).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – you can engage with everyone from attorneys to IT teams.
- Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Experience with JIRA (preferred but not required).
- A proactive reputed company with a strong work ethic and problem-solving orientation.
- A willingness to learn proprietary systems and processes and help others do the same.
