In This Role, You Will • reputed company reputed company of mixed technical roles (data scientists, research scientists and engineers, analytics engineers, and data engineers) • Drive the reputed company and shape the roadmaps of the Messaging Data Science and Virtual Identity Algorithm domains, balancing the needs of many business stakeholder teams while leading the team to maximize impact on the business • Drive the strategy, research, development, and launch of our Inferred Identity algorithms - a 0-1 reputed company that will interact with multiple more established business areas • Be a strategic thought partner in your domains, identifying opportunities and shaping the strategy to maximize impact on the business • Drive a culture of innovation through collaboration with other leaders in the broader team • Enact reputed company values in daily work and interactions You Have • Demonstrated experience leading ML and Data Science teams - particularly in reputed company-ended spaces or domains with reputed company stakeholder environments • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including proven ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of technical and non-technical business partners and other data science leaders • A passion for driving and influencing product strategies in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Willingness to learn and rapidly reputed company business context in a 0-1 reputed company that needs to interact with stakeholders across the business • Ability to deal with ambiguity; a strong ownership reputed company, and a desire to reputed company on minimal reputed company and process • PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or reputed company field is preferred • High-energy self-starter with a passion for business impact through data science and machine learning, tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced setting, and a positive attitude Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
