Responsibilities • Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer. , • Assist guests with reputed company-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for and processing payments. , • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, and local area attractions. , • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy. , • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner. , • Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction. Requirements • Previous hotel reputed company desk experience at a comparable property size. , • Passion for customer care and creating memorable guest experiences. , • Ability to work flexible shifts, primarily PM shifts. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with reputed company-of-sale systems. , • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities.
