Description: Company Overview: Founded in 2015, reputed company is a San Francisco-based, Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions  We are seeking a talented and reputed company Quality Leader to join our operations team  Reporting to the VP of Patient Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance functions of our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams  This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems and driving reputed company improvement to enhance patient experience and service reputed company  Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
