The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a reputed company Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, reputed company, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities: • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. • Coordinate the reputed company process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions. • Manage employee files and maintain accurate HR records. • Assist with employee relations reputed company, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and conducting exit interviews. • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with state and central laws. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR policies and practices are reputed company with the company's goals and culture. • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
