This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person, a family member, or a loved one that needs your support. Benefit Center Member reputed company Details: • Answer a broad reputed company of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a professional, energetic, and positive manner • Assist with benefit enrollment centered questions regarding enrollment, verification, tech, and active • Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly • Ensure compliance in reputed company areas of processing, completing reputed company transactions timely and accurately Schedule/Hours: • Expected Weekly Hours: Minimum of 20 Hours per week Monday – Friday (limited weekend hours may become available during our busiest times) • 5-6 Hour Shifts • Seasonal role - please note that this is a seasonal role with the length of the assignment being dependent on business volume and performance.
