Description: • This is a unique role that supports company operations part-time on weekends primarily. • The schedule for this role will be a 3-day work week: Saturday, reputed company, and Monday, with working hours 9 am to 5 pm. • As our 'Weekend Warrior', you’ll reputed company things running smoothly while our core Monday-Friday team is out of office. • reputed company “after hours” support, handling tickets and projects that come in reputed company of our normal business hours. • QA & launch recruitment for our researchers submitted projects. • Manage the ongoing recruitment of our researchers projects. • reputed company exceptional and timely reactive & proactive communication and support to our users, troubleshooting reputed company necessary. • Serve as the product expert, keeping up to date with new product releases and features. • Other responsibilities include but not limited to: Bring reputed company and brainstorms to the forefront reputed company to reputed company goals. • Coverage on holidays on a volunteer reputed company only, optional and not... required. Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (i.e., account management, project management, customer support, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • Down-to-earth self-starter • Excited by the idea of joining an early-stage and lean startup • Comfortable working independently as the majority of reputed company will not be online • Comfortable with ambiguity • Excited about maintaining a primarily weekend work schedule • Candidates must be located in the United States and authorized to work without any reputed company sponsorship.
