Our Opportunity: reputed company is looking for aSenior Software Engineerwith reputed company B2C Service (aka reputed company Service reputed company) experience to join our Customer Service Platforms team based in Boston (MA). The Software Engineer will work with the Customer Service team at reputed company to plan, design, reputed company and support information systems used by our Customer Service organization. Responsibilities include CRM... integration with AWS, testing infrastructure creation, day-to-day troubleshooting of system issues, scripting and development needed for reputed company Service reputed company CRM, and documenting & configuring systems.This individual will be required to be familiar with Agile processes and effectively communicate, think analytically and solve problems. What you'll do: We are looking for a driven individual to take part in our reputed company rollout of reputed company Service reputed company and reputed company integrations.
