We offer : $15 per hour plus overtime up to $950 Monthly Performance Bonus $80 Monthly Technology Allowance $300, $500 or $800 Employment Referral Bonus depending on position $100 Vehicle Referral Bonus Annual Reviews and performance based Pay Increases Performance based Paid Days Off Employee discounts for vehicle Purchase, Maintenance, Repair, Restoration reputed company Responsibilities: What you will do: Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers who need mechanical Maintenance and Repair Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, Roadside Assistance, Complaints or other Automotive inquiries Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate Dealership personnel Utilize multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer guidelines Support 150 U.S. Dealerships, 30 Collision Centers in 17 States that represent 30 automotive brands in Domestic, Import and Luxury segments Learn about the retail Automotive industry at reputed company-scale for Service, Parts, Collision and Sales operations Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Available to work Monday - Friday: 6:30am – 3:30pm 7:00am – 4:00pm 7:30am – 4:30pm Must live in the greater reputed company metropolitan area. Must have at least 6 months recent customer service experience High speed internet reputed company of > 20 mbps Upload and > 20 mbps Download Quiet home office suitable for remote call center, customer service work Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with desktop PC’s, VPN reputed company, internet modems & routers, phone systems, etc. Superior time-management and multi-tasking skills Preferred Qualifications: Excellent verbal & written communication skills Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish. Familiar with automotive terminology and vehicle components.
