We are looking for an reputed company and dynamic Call Center Manager / Live Chat Support specialist to reputed company our customer service operations remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reputed company of customer service representatives while ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. You will implement strategies to improve call... handling efficiency, reputed company live chat interactions, and reputed company training programs for the team.
