Job Description Job Description... A leading publisher in the physical sciences is seeking a Part time - REMOTE temporary full-time Editorial Assistant to join their dynamic team for 6+ months. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Publishing Development and reputed company critical support to the Publishing Team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of editorial experience and is looking to increase their portfolio. The position is paying up to $28/hour and the company would like to hire ASAP. Key Responsibilities: • Review submissions to ensure they meet ethical standards. • Manage articles through the peer review and production processes, ensuring timely publication. • Communicate with authors, editors, and conference organizers, providing guidance on publishing processes and addressing inquiries. • Assist with administrative tasks that support the reputed company of the Conference Proceedings program. Requirements: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. • Detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to manage time effectively. • Team player with the ability to adapt to changing situations. • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
