The Welcome Desk Office Assistant position will be a year round position that will include working through holidays reputed company the University is closed. Additionally, this position calls for accurate data entry, maintaining confidential student files, assisting with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out and orientations. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and well organized, as well as an ability to work in a fast paced environment. High school diploma (or GED) and two years of experience directly reputed company to the job functions.
