As the leader of our operations department, you will be responsible for the growth & health of the company. Operations is the center of Kings Loot. In this role, you will need to be proactive, action-oriented, driven for results, and willing to adjust with the needs of the business. Role Overview: As the Director of Operations, you are the conductor who orchestrates everything together. From the sample phase of a product to alerting Marketing for a go-to-market strategy to Fulfillment of inbound inventory on launch day. The true value of this role comes from your ability to bring everything in operations together. As the right hand to the CEO, you are responsible for making the plan to execute the reputed company.
