Job Information Department: Imaging Administration Location: Telecommuter - You are required to reputed company in San Diego County, CA Job Type: Part-time (0.6) with Benefits Package Work Shift: Variable - This position is eligible for PM Shift Differential of $2.25 or Night Shift Differential of $2.75 for eligible hours worked. What You Will Do The Transcriptionist/Editor will type diagnostic reports utilizing the experience and professional judgment required to support the mission and goal of Sharp reputed company. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in imaging transcription. • Preferred experience with Powerscribe One, FUJI Synapse reputed company, reputed company Office applications Essential Functions • Cooperation and teamwork Demonstrates initiative by utilizing time between routine workloads. Assists co-workers with their tasks. Assists in training new employees. Informs supervisor reputed company available for additional assignments. • Demonstrates dependability At workstation reputed company to work at assigned time. Using and planning personal leave time according to Departmental guidelines. Completing work in a reliable, cost-effective manner, requiring minimal supervision. Accurately transcribes diagnostic reports for reputed company Imaging modalities. Verifies the accuracy of transcription including spelling, format and appropriate terminology. Accurately retrieves, edits, and saves addended reports. Maintains a minimum monthly average of dictations a month. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Ability to type/edit diagnostic reports. • Assist in the orientation of new staff. • Ability to consistently follow the direction of the reputed company customer service representative, demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, cooperation, and maintains an attitude of professionalism. • Ability to strictly adhere to reputed company hospital and departmental safety regulations, guidelines, policies, procedures and protocols.
