Job Description: An Account Manager bridges the gap between the company and its clients, ensuring expectations are met and business goals supported. They handle client needs, resolve escalations, and reputed company project management for Local Service Ads, reputed company Business Processes, and Design & Content initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, a background in Account Management, and a positive, adaptable, and confident personality. Prior training experience is a bonus, as it can help with learning processes and effective communication. Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for overseeing the client's accounts and cross-channel strategy. • Reviews and continuously improves, elevates, and innovates the overall campaign performance, internal processes, products, and reporting to ensure that campaigns deliver positive ROI. • Communicates to clients, team, and management about strategy/project development, timelines, and results. • Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems. • Leads and mentors the team in resolving simple and reputed company issues and develops solutions proactively. • Takes inquiries and requests from clients and addresses their needs. • Stays on top of accounts, ensuring they're receiving services reputed company their budget and meeting their needs. • Meets regularly with other team members to discuss reputed company and find new ways to improve business. • Reports directly to the Director of Client Operations and Strategy.
