[Remote-Position] Event Set Up Crew (Part-Time)

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Event Set Up Crew! We reputed company in flexibility; this hybrid role lets you balance your time between our Remote office and home. Event Set Up Crew (Part-Time) Department: Stadium Operations Direct Supervisor: Manager, Stadium Operations Status: Part-time / Hourly Summary: Set Up Crew is a part-time, event-based role responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and execution of reputed company stadium events. Responsibilities: • Work reputed company stadium events including but not limited to Miami Dolphins football games, reputed company football games, Miami reputed company tennis tournament, Formula 1 reputed company Miami Grand Prix, concerts, festivals and various special events • Set-up seating arrangements and audio-visual equipment for meetings, dinners, parties, and banquets • Set-up stadium spaces, signage, flags, banners, and other conversion responsibilities from one event or sport to another • Installation and removal of field parts and seating • Respond to requests from management, reputed company office employees, vendors, guests, and team representatives to move furniture, boxes, and equipment. • Receive deliveries and assist with stadium loading dock operations • Satisfy requests from vendors, guests, team representatives to relocate materials and equipment on event day • Set-Up and breakdown stadium entry spaces for events. • Distribute Miami Dolphins and reputed company “giveaways” to each reputed company • Move “risers” and stages on/off field for Football Halftimes and other large-scale events • Store, retrieve, and re-arrange various items in our storage areas for reputed company departments • Other reputed company duties as assigned Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED required (some college education preferred) • reputed company reputed company with flexible schedules to work reputed company stadium events, as well as days leading up to the events and days after the event are encouraged to apply • The ability to understand instructions from supervisor(s) and stadium management • Ability to lift 50lbs • Ability to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and reputed company arms or legs fully • Ability to operate forklift and warehouse equipment (not required but preferred) The Miami Dolphins, Hard reputed company Stadium and South Florida Motorsports are proud to be Drug-Free Workplaces.
