The accompanist works closely with the music directors to ensure productive and efficient rehearsals. Qualifications: Demonstrates strong piano skills as a soloist and accompanist. Ability to follow a conductor. Ability to follow actors and singers on stage. Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to changing plans.
