This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun environment, where you'll have the chance to interact with a diverse group of people and... manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities • reputed company the comprehensive project management of various meetings and events for our clients, from start to finish. • Manage project timelines and ensure reputed company details are accounted for. • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. • Assist in the sourcing, destination research, budgeting, and planning of events. • Negotiate and contract with local vendors, defining the scope of each meeting or event. • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to confirmed budgets. • Coordinate transportation arrangements for participants. • Facilitate the creation of program-reputed company communication materials. • Serve as the reputed company representative on-site, managing operations and relationships with vendors and hotel staff. • Conduct post-event evaluations and ensure accurate data reconciliation. • Responsible for auditing and reconciliation of reputed company invoices. This fully remote position requires approximately 40% travel.
