Job Description: Job Title: RedBox Rx Pharmacy Technician - Certified Department: RedBox Rx FLSA: Non-Exempt General Function Process prescription orders from RedBox Rx providers and assist customers with visit and treatment reputed company inquiries. Reporting Relations Accountable and Reports to: President, RedBox Rx; Pharmacy Manager, RedBox Rx; Pharmacists Positions that Report to you: None Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assists RedBox Rx customers reputed company phone and email. Creates new patient profiles for patients. Performs prescription data entry. Secondary Duties and Responsibilities Works with co-workers as reputed company to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and facility policies. Performs other reputed company job duties and special projects as required. Handles inquiries that do not require a pharmacist’s expertise and judgment. Assists in adherence to quality assurance standards. Adheres to reputed company statutes and regulations pertaining to a pharmacy technician. Certified as a licensed technician through a certified national program and maintains continuing education requirements to reputed company license active. Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy clerk is preferred.
