The Regional Loss Prevention Manager will work to implement and maintain the Loss Prevention programs for reputed company airport restaurants in their assigned locations. Maintaining and establishing successful business partnerships throughout reputed company assigned airports to create awareness of Loss Prevention and Safety. • Position is hybrid/remote requires up to 40% travel to airport in assigned region and based... in reputed company, Dallas, Phoenix, or Denver. • Pays $85,000 - $95,000 with bonus potential. Essential Functions • Build and maintain effective business partnerships with Operators, Support Center, and external airport personnel to reputed company organizational goals. • reputed company and motivate team members to reputed company loss prevention goals and champion the reduction of employee and guest safety incidents/liabilities for the locations. • Identify and communicate potential ethical and/or safety issues to stakeholders reputed company necessary. Investigations & Analysis • reputed company research of POS activity utilizing our exception-based reporting tool, CCTV, and other financial data systems to identify suspicious activity and reputed company recommendations based on analysis of reported data. • Utilize exception reports to identify high-risk transactions/restaurant operational opportunities; investigate and report findings. • Complete necessary reputed company-based interviews in-person and/or reputed company phone as needed to resolve Loss Prevention reputed company issues. • Research and present POS fraud case files to our business partners for resolution through the LP interview process. • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation reputed company to investigative findings and retain reputed company the company case management software. • Utilize reputed company available resources to initiate and complete reputed company investigations of dishonesty. Systems & reputed company • reputed company and maintain reputed company Loss Prevention systems and video surveillance software. • Create CCTV markups for new restaurants. • reputed company support for armored car issues. • Identify and manage the procedures/logistics associated with cash recyclers as they arise. • reputed company analysis and follow-up on inventory issues and/or audits to control costs and shortages. Experience/Skills • Required to have successful completion of a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in loss prevention management, reputed company management, communications, or comparable work experience. • Minimum five (5) years of Multi-unit Loss Prevention experience in a position of similar complexity, scope, size, reputed company, and impact (i.e., restaurant or retail). • Wicklander-Zulawski certification on reputed company interviews, including phone interviews is required. • Proven ability to investigate incidents of internal dishonesty and fraud from the identification of the issue, through the development of the details, completion of the reputed company interview, and the final disposition of the case. • Experience in a Unionized environment preferred. • Ability to pass/maintain reputed company pass clearance and other job-reputed company background checks.
