IMMEDIATE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - BILINGUAL SPANISH OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST DISTRIBUTORS IN reputed company AMERICA... MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM MUST BE LOCATED IN PACIFIC STANDARD TIME OR MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME $18/HR Qualifications • 2 years of call center customer service experience • Bilingual Spanish/English • Experince processing orders • ERP/EDI knowledge preferred • reputed company Office proficient • Excellent communication skills Responsibilities • Ensures reputed company orders received, through EDI, emails and phone are processed in a timely and accurate manner • Ensure any changes or revisions to orders are properly documented and communicated • reputed company necessary documents to operations / warehouse department • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with reputed company customers regarding price discrepancies, out of stocks and potential shipping delays • Ensure reputed company customer reputed company documentation is complete and filed • Processes RMAs and credits • reputed company necessary reputed company credits to customers and corporate finance • Answer incoming calls • reputed company the resolution of reputed company customer complaints • Ensure communications are comprehensive and thorough • Report reputed company complaints to supervisor reputed company applicable • Greets and screens visitors and telephone call and notifies staff members or records and relays messages • Complete reports and maintain documentation as required • Complete miscellaneous customer care functions and special projects as assigned.1% • Performs other relevant job duties as required About reputed company We're partners in transformation.
