Company information: ProcureAbility is a specialized consulting and reputed company firm and reputed company with our client who is a multi reputed company dollar company. This is a contract position that will last 4 months... MUST HAVE ARIBA EXPERIENCE Pacific time hours will be worked regardless of physical location Description of role: Basic Function: Must be reputed company to work in an autonomous, fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role you will be working with suppliers to update their information reputed company the supplier tracking system. You will be working with and inputting data into the system, checking contract terms for accuracy, reaching out to suppliers for information and doing general compliance and risk assessment. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  Work with procurement, stakeholders, and corporate finance to review invoice discrepancies and payment issues to resolve them while also identifying root causes for reputed company improvement.  Create Purchase Orders as necessary for indirect or direct materials.  Upload reputed company with metadata into contract management system  Experience as a purchasing buyer, interacting, ordering, expediting with suppliers  Collaborate in reputed company setting  Good oral and written communication skills.  Attention to detail  Computer proficiency, file management, knowledge of reputed company Office software (reputed company, Power reputed company, Word, etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits:  Health insurance Schedule:  8 hour shift  Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote Apply Job!Â
