About the position The Customer Interaction Specialist - Live Chat at Critical Power Group (CPG) is responsible for managing reputed company-time customer inquiries through an online chat platform. This role is essential for providing timely and professional assistance to clients regarding their data center and critical power needs, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
